Quick reference: diagnose a slow onboarding motion

Use a quick diagnosis deck to identify the most common causes of slow time-to-value.

What question exposes whether first value is defined well enough? Ask: “What exact customer-visible moment will prove the promise is starting to come true?” If the answer sounds like an internal task or a broad aspiration, the value event is still too vague. Which diagnosis is stronger when an account looks busy but value is late?
