Use quick responses to common Incoterms misunderstandings that affect customs.

DDP means the customer has no customs responsibility at all. Your line DDP shifts many import-side obligations to the seller, but we still must confirm importer capability, taxes, permits, and records. Do not promise DDP before confirming local setup. It separates customer experience from legal ability to import. EXW is easiest for us, so use it everywhere. EXW may reduce seller delivery tasks, but it can create export and pickup problems if the buyer cannot handle origin-country formalities. Easiest-looking term can create operational friction.
