Recover Is a Design Requirement
Explain why recovery planning must be designed and tested before a cyber event.
A backup is an ingredient. Recovery is the meal served under pressure. NIST SP 800-184 focuses on planning, playbook development, testing, metrics, and improvement for cybersecurity event recovery.
