Create a completeness check that defines scope, denominator, required field, tolerance, and exception handling.
Customer tier is missing in the customer table, but the team has not defined which customers require it or when. DMAIC for completeness: Define population -> Measure denominator -> Analyze exceptions -> Improve capture -> Control drift Counting nulls across the whole table treats prospects, inactive customers, and newly-created accounts as equal defects.
