Shrink the start with one Pomodoro
Start a resisted focus task using one bounded Pomodoro sprint.
Use time as a starting handle. A Pomodoro narrows commitment. You choose the task, set the timer, work, stop, and break. The break matters because it keeps effort renewable. The task must be singular “Work on launch” is too wide. “Draft the launch risk paragraph” can fit inside one interval. Interruptions get captured, not obeyed When a thought arrives, write it on an interruption list. The point is not to have no impulses. The point is to avoid treating every impulse as a command. Stop cleanly At the bell, note where to resume. That note protects the next start.
