Apply a concrete deep-focus method through a worked before-to-after example.
A focus goal fails at the predictable obstacle. Wish → Outcome → Obstacle → Plan Motivation alone skips the friction point. WOOP works because it names the cue that usually hijacks attention. Wish State the specific focus result you want. The wish must be concrete enough to aim behavior. Outcome Name why it matters if it works. The outcome supplies value, not pressure.
