Build a 30-day obligation map for a live defense contract, task order, or proposal-to-award handoff. Use this for a new award kickoff, a recently modified task order, a subcontractor onboarding package, or a contract with a first deliverable due within 30 days. I will map the first 30 days of obligations by listing each deliverable, access action, review, report, subcontractor flow-down, owner, due date, recipient, and evidence of completion.
