Sort the contract work by flow state

Sort each item into the right flow state. Backlog is known but not ready. Ready has enough information to start. Active is being worked. Blocked needs outside action. Review is waiting for approval or quality check. Done has acceptance evidence. Kanban flow states expose where contract work is waiting, not just who is busy. The useful sort is the one that makes the next constraint visible enough to act on.
