Build a dog walking intake screen that identifies failure modes and maps them to controls.
The current intake asks for personality labels, but walkers need risk controls before the first visit. FMEA intake: failure mode -> effect -> cause/trigger -> control -> owner proof The common trap is accepting labels like "friendly but nervous" and letting the walker discover what that means at the door.
