Diagnose adoption gaps in a driving-school process change using Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement.
The move: diagnose the adoption gap before repeating the rollout. ADKAR stands for Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability, and Reinforcement. A new driving-school process needs all five. People need to know why it matters, want the change enough to try it, know the steps, be able to perform the steps under real conditions, and see the standard reinforced after launch.
