Find the few no-show causes worth fixing first

Use a Pareto chart mindset to identify the highest-leverage causes of no-shows and late cancellations.

The move: rank no-show causes before writing no-show policy. A Pareto chart orders categories by impact so the biggest contributors are visible. For a driving school, categories might include reminder failure, learner forgot, parent unavailable, wrong pickup address, unpaid balance, missing permit, weather concern, or learner anxiety. The chart changes the conversation. Instead of asking, "Why are students unreliable?" ask, "Which two reasons create most lost instructor hours?" The first question creates blame.
