Prepare for a sensitive employee-relations intake where someone may report a grievance, harassment concern, retaliation fear, or manager conduct issue. Use this when the next employee or manager raises a concern that could require documentation, confidentiality boundaries, or fact-finding. When an employee-relations concern is raised, I will first say: "I will handle this carefully and limit sharing to what the process requires, but I cannot promise complete secrecy."
