Start with the promise you can prove

Write EVP language that is differentiated, role-relevant, and provable in day-to-day work.

The move: make the promise testable. An employer value proposition works when it is unique, relevant, and credible. Unique means it differentiates your workplace from substitutes. Relevant means it matters to the talent segment you want. Credible means a candidate can verify it in the recruiting process and later in the job.
