Compare rooms by contribution margin per peak slot and make a capacity allocation decision.
Vault Room earns $176 revenue with $54 variable cost. Manor Room earns $212 revenue with $104 variable cost. Only one room can receive an extra peak slot. Contribution per constrained slot = booking revenue - variable cost to serve that booking. Do not choose by ticket price alone.
