Prioritize esports roster-change stakeholders by power and interest before communicating.
The move: brief by power and interest, not by who is loudest in Slack. Roster and event decisions create different kinds of risk. A league admin may have high power because paperwork can block the match. A player community may have high interest because the story affects trust. A sponsor may have both because their logo, money, and public association are on the line. Use the map as a sequencing tool.
