Turn the season goal into a real OKR

Write an esports objective with measurable key results that track outcomes instead of activities.

The move: write outcomes that prove the work mattered. A strong esports OKR has a sharp objective and a small set of key results. The objective should be plain enough for a coach, player, analyst, and sponsor manager to remember. The key results should be measurable enough that nobody can spin the answer at the end of the month.
