Put Risk Before Policy Volume

Prioritize compliance attention by risk, not by the number of policies on the shelf.

Compliance effort should follow risk, not document count. Risk Profile A useful compliance review begins by naming the company's specific exposure: markets, customers, intermediaries, approval rights, incentives, prior incidents, and regulatory pressure. This prevents a generic program from pretending every risk is equal.
