Create a role-based AI literacy matrix with decisions, scenarios, evidence, and refresh triggers.
The current AI literacy plan uses one generic module for every employee, even though roles face different AI Act decisions. Role -> decision -> risk -> practice scenario -> evidence -> refresh trigger The common trap is counting training attendance as literacy. Attendance proves exposure, not decision competence.
