Use SIPOC to frame a battery value-chain issue before choosing where to intervene.
The move: map the chain before you pick the culprit. SIPOC gives you a fast boundary view of a process. It asks five questions: who supplies the inputs, what inputs are required, what process converts them, what outputs are created, and who receives those outputs.
