Put one accountable owner on every event handoff
Use RACI to clarify responsibility and accountability for venue handoffs before event day.
The move: make accountability explicit before the pressure arrives. RACI is not paperwork for its own sake. It is a vocabulary for four jobs that often get blended in venue work. Responsible means doing the work. Accountable means owning the final result and decision. Consulted means giving input before the decision or action. Informed means receiving updates, not approving.
