Treat queues as capacity math, not mood

Use Little's Law to reason about arrival rate, wait time, and queue size in venue guest flows.

The move: measure the flow before you judge the room. Little's Law says that average work in process equals throughput multiplied by average time in the system. For venues, the 'work' is people: guests in a registration line, coats waiting at coat check, drinks waiting at a bar, vehicles waiting at valet, or VIPs waiting for elevator access. This matters because teams often interpret queues emotionally. A long line can look like poor hospitality, a guest-behavior issue, or a staffing failure.
