Commit to adding a contract block for a reusable engineered feature.
A reused engineered feature such as lifetime_value_90d, risk_score_30d, engagement_rate_14d, or merchant_chargeback_rate that lacks owner, timestamp, fallback, or validation fields. Use a feature view, shared SQL model, or model feature list that at least two teams or notebooks already depend on.
