State impact before advice so feedback feels relevant instead of controlling.
Do not skip the so what. People can only prioritize feedback when they understand the consequence. If the impact is missing, the feedback competes with every other preference they have heard. That is why "be concise" rarely changes behavior, while "the decision was made before the risk was heard" does. The clean order is: Situation, Behavior, Impact, Next. Situation and Behavior create fairness. Impact creates relevance. Next creates a loop. Radical Candor lives in the honesty of the impact and the respect of keeping the next step concrete.
