The move: sort stakeholders by power and interest before you make irreversible choices. Field marketing decisions have many quiet owners. Sales may own account priority. Partner teams may own co-sponsor promises. Product marketing may own message quality. Finance may own spend tolerance. Executives may own brand risk.
