Clean up a shared project folder

Run a practical cleanup of a shared folder by inventorying links, classifying contents, and removing stale access.

An old project folder contains client deliverables, internal budgets, vendor drafts, and several links created across earlier phases. Folder cleanup: inventory, classify, map need, narrow, document.
