Do not manage the club by revenue alone

Build a four-perspective scorecard for a fitness club operating review.

The move: review the club as a system. A club can look strong on the income statement while weakening where members actually decide to stay: service consistency, trainer quality, cleanliness, class reliability, and trust at the front desk.
