Commit to one small retention experiment with a clear trigger, action, and follow-up measure.

Run a three-day retention experiment for first-week members who have not booked a class, induction, or PT consult. First-week members with no booking by day three are at risk of drifting before they form a routine. When I find a member who joined in the last seven days and has no booking by day three, I will send a personal message with two specific starter options, log the outreach, and check within 48 hours whether they booked.
