Start the shift with the controls that matter

Build a shift-start routine that checks truck readiness, route hazards, load stability, and pedestrian controls.

The move: make shift start a safety design session, not a sign-in ritual. Use four checks. Truck: complete the visual and operational inspection before service, and remove the truck if a defect affects safe operation. Route: identify blind corners, ramps, dock entries, wet floors, and places where speed or horn use will matter. Load: check capacity, load center, fork depth, centering, backrest contact, tilt, and travel height.
