Pilot changes before you mandate them
Use the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle to design a small franchise pilot before network rollout.
The move: run the smallest honest test before the largest possible rollout. PDCA is Plan, Do, Check, Act. It is useful in franchise management because the network is never as uniform as the headquarters spreadsheet suggests. Units vary by layout, tenure, labor market, owner capability, traffic pattern, and local constraints.
