Treat accessibility as a requirement

Translate WCAG POUR principles into acceptance criteria for a full-stack feature.

The move: convert accessibility principles into testable acceptance criteria. POUR stands for perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust. These are not abstract values for designers only. They map directly to engineering decisions. Perceivable means labels, alternatives, contrast, and visible state. Operable means keyboard access, focus order, and no pointer-only actions. Understandable means clear instructions, predictable behavior, and useful errors. Robust means semantic markup and state that assistive technologies can interpret. The full-stack angle matters because accessibility can break outside the component. Server validation must return field-specific errors. Client state must preserve focus after async saves.
