Replace generation labels with evidence

Distinguish an age-cohort clue from a verified workplace cause.

The move: test the label before you use it. Generational diversity work gets weak when people treat cohort names as personality profiles. A person born in the same 15-year span as millions of others does not automatically share their work habits, communication preferences, ambition, or resilience. Use three filters before accepting a generation story: age or life stage, period effect, and local system. Age or life stage asks whether the issue reflects being new, building a family, nearing retirement, or changing careers.
