Use intent-impact before age attribution

The move: slow the conversation down into four parts. Age-coded comments often create a fast defensive loop. One person says, "That was not what I meant." The other says, "But that is how it landed." Both statements can be true. SBI-I gives the conversation a fair sequence. Situation anchors the moment. Behavior names observable words or actions.
