Make data quality spatial, not generic
Apply spatial data quality checks to a geospatial dataset before analysis or publication.
Quality is fitness for the spatial use case. A location dataset can be valid and still not fit the decision. A customer point geocoded to a postal centroid may support regional demand planning but fail a parcel-level delivery promise. A boundary file may be current enough for a quarterly report but stale for an emergency response map. Position Are coordinates accurate enough for the distance, join, or exposure claim?
