Use a service blueprint to separate employee-facing touchpoints from backstage mobility work and failure points.
The move: map the experience and the machinery. A service blueprint shows the relationship between visible touchpoints and the backstage work that makes them happen. For global mobility, this is more useful than a plain checklist because the employee judges the whole move, not the internal ownership model.
