Use CQ before giving country advice
Use the four cultural intelligence capabilities to prepare an employee for host-country work without stereotyping.
The move: replace stereotypes with CQ habits. Cultural intelligence helps people function effectively across cultural settings. In mobility, that means helping employees notice and adapt without turning a country into a caricature. Drive Does the employee have the motivation and confidence to engage across difference?
