Decide Whether to Ship the MVP

Identify when an MVP is sufficient to test the riskiest assumption.

Build-Measure-Learn is a loop for reducing uncertainty. The point of an MVP is not to ship something low-quality; it is to build the smallest experience that can measure the riskiest assumption with real behavior. If polish does not affect the assumption, it delays learning. If missing trust or clarity would distort behavior, it belongs in the MVP. The mechanism is assumption isolation: decide what must be true, build only what tests it, measure behavior, and learn whether to persevere, pivot, or refine.
