Walk a benefit config release risk

Use FMEA thinking to prioritize validation and controls for a benefit configuration release.

Go-live risk The release date is fixed, but not all benefit scenarios are equally risky. You need to choose what gets tested before Monday. A low-frequency rule can still be high risk when failure affects access, cost share, or appeal volume.
