Use Kirkpatrick evaluation levels to define outcome, behavior, learning, and reaction measures for a high-potential program.
The move: design the measurement plan backward from results. A high-potential program is a talent investment, not a content campaign. Kirkpatrick helps by separating four questions. Results: what business outcome changed? Behavior: what did participants, managers, or sponsors do differently on the job? Learning: what capability, confidence, or commitment increased? Reaction: did the experience feel relevant and supported? The trap is measuring only the easiest level.
