Find the delay that deserves attention first

Use a Pareto table to identify which check-in delay category to address first.

Forty check-ins were delayed during a convention arrival. The team has anecdotes, but no ranked target. Pareto: sort causes by impact so the largest contributor gets attention first. The shortcut is to fix the most annoying delay rather than the delay category creating the most minutes. Before The team debates four causes and chooses the one the loudest agent mentions most.
