Explain how reframing a compliance request changes credibility, emotion, and commitment on a factory floor.
Lena is trying to stop bypassed guard checks without turning the floor against the message. Before: Lena frames the request as surveillance and possible punishment. After: Lena frames the same behavior as local protection and a shared shift-change standard. The frame changed from external threat to local loss prevented. That uses framing ethically: the same guard check is now about avoiding a jam, lost shift time, and injury risk rather than avoiding punishment. Authority changed from surveillance to competence.
