Add a six-field open-source dependency check before one merge or release. Use this for a new library, version upgrade, copied snippet, container image, generated SBOM entry, or dependency included in a customer-distributed product. For [component], I will record name, version, source URL, SPDX license identifier, modified/unmodified status, and use context before merge. If the license evidence conflicts, the component is copyleft-sensitive, or it ships to customers, I will route it through the standard open-source review path before release.
