Disclosure committee quick cards

Recall how disclosure controls move operating facts into timely management decisions.

What a disclosure trigger does It tells operators which facts to escalate before they decide materiality. Examples: top-customer loss, material outage, regulatory inquiry, unusual contract concession, cybersecurity incident. Escalation versus materiality judgment Do not ask operators to become disclosure lawyers. If we escalate uncertain issues, the committee will drown in noise. Your line We control noise with trigger definitions and minimum facts, not by leaving operators to guess. Do not suppress early facts because they are incomplete.
