Recall the core moves for drafting company-specific risk factors under Item 105.

The Item 105 specificity test Condition + company exposure + investor-relevant impact + uncertainty. If the sentence could fit any company, it is probably not specific enough. Generic risk or specific failure mode? Prefer the version an investor could actually use to understand exposure. If we are specific, investors will think the bad event is likely. Your line Specific does not mean predicted. It means investors can see the exposure and its possible effect. Do not retreat to boilerplate just to avoid discomfort.
