Risk factors are specific failure modes

Rewrite a generic IPO risk factor into a specific risk that explains how the issue affects the company.

The move: write the failure mode, not the category. The rule behind the craft SEC Item 105 discourages generic risk factors and asks registrants to explain how each risk affects the company or securities offered.
