Design the job, not just the box
Apply job-design criteria when shaping a role inside the architecture.
The move: do not stop at family and level. Inspect whether the job can be done well. Classification Is Not Enough Family, level, title, and pay range organize the system. Job design organizes the work experience. A role can be correctly classified and still be fragmented, overloaded, invisible, or stripped of decision rights.
