Separate worker, work, and market signals

Distinguish job requirements, worker requirements, and market information when building a role profile.

The move: do not let one adjective do five architecture jobs. Three Lanes Use three lanes when a profile feels muddy. Worker signals describe the person or capability: skills, knowledge, abilities, work styles, education, credentials. Work signals describe the job: tasks, activities, tools, context, decisions, interfaces, and outputs.
