Coach progress, not just problems

Use OSKAR to pull a stalled coaching conversation toward observable progress.

The teach OSKAR is a progress engine. Outcome asks where the person wants to get to. Scaling makes the current state discussable. Know-how finds existing capability, past success, and resources. Affirm strengthens agency. Action secures the next move. Review checks whether the move worked. The practical value is that OSKAR interrupts all-or-nothing thinking.
