Pods are the scheduling envelope
Describe a Pod as the smallest deployable unit that groups containers sharing network and storage context.
The move: treat the Pod as a shared scheduling and fate envelope. Shared network Containers in a Pod share localhost and the Pod IP, so they can communicate tightly. Shared storage Volumes attached to the Pod can be mounted by containers that need the same files. Shared lifecycle Kubernetes schedules and replaces the Pod as a unit. If two processes need independent rollout or scaling, they usually need separate Pods.
