Use Five Whys before blaming the crew

Run a Five Whys analysis on a recurring landscaping callback and identify a process-level fix.

The move: ask why until the fix is systemic. Five Whys helps you move past the visible mistake. In field work, the visible mistake is easy to see: dead plants, uneven mulch, missed gate latch, broken sprinkler head, no completion photos. The useful question is why the process allowed the mistake to reach the customer. Start with a tight problem statement "Client unhappy" is too vague.
