Use Pareto before buying another machine

Use a Pareto view to identify which problem category deserves the next operational fix.

The move: rank the pain before choosing the fix. A Pareto chart arranges problem categories from largest to smallest. In a laundromat, those categories might be dryer time, payment failure, machine cleanliness, cart availability, restroom condition, refund requests, or wash-dry-fold pickup delays. The point is not a fancy chart. The point is seeing the vital few. Count one thing consistently Frequency is easy: number of complaints, service calls, refunds, or late orders.
